Xcode 4 was released today, and we have 6 free screencasts available to help you quickly make the transition and learn time-saving keyboard shortcuts along the way: Xcode 4 Project Setup Xcode 4 Interface Overview Utilities Keyboard Shortcut Changing the Assistant Layout Using IB in Xcode 4 Opening Files, Quickly! You’ll also want to download our handy Xcode 4 Shortcuts Cheat Sheet to have by your side as you’re crafting your iOS and Mac apps. This initial round of screencasts is geared toward those of you using Xcode 3 who want to make the jump over to Xcode 4. The concepts are familiar, but it helps to have some guidance around the new user interface. I plan to release more screencasts incrementally over the next few weeks covering features unique to Xcode 4 and general tips and tricks. I’ll happily take topic requests—just leave a comment!
